Dedale.dev, a software project by Dedale AI, Corp. (based in DE, US), provides insights into GitHub repositories. This policy explains how we collect, process, and safeguard your data.
For inquiries or requests, contact us at an.nougaret@gmail.com.
GitHub OAuth: We use GitHub's OAuth mechanism for repository access. You control access permissions (e.g., "public," "private," or "organization"). Permissions are granted via GitHub's OAuth process.
Processing: Your repository data is downloaded to servers in the EU (France or Germany) operated by OVH or Netcup GmbH for analysis and insights generation.
You can request data deletion by emailing an.nougaret@gmail.com. We will process such requests promptly.
Our Measures: We follow best practices for server security and prevent unauthorized access to private or organizational repositories.
User Responsibility: While we strive to ensure security, users should only grant access to repositories they are comfortable sharing.
No Third-Party Training: We share snippets of code to our LLMs providers which is necessary for processing your requests. We only rely on open-source models hosted by providers that don't train on the data we share with them.
Training: We will never use your data to train any code generation model.
Access: You grant our team the right to access your data for the purpose of improving our service and resolving issues.
By using our service and granting permissions through GitHub OAuth, you consent to this data processing policy. Only grant access to the levels you are comfortable with.
We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through our service.
